What I
use.
The tools and technologies I reach for every day. Updated as things change.
The frameworks and libraries that power everything I build.
Laravel
Since 2014The foundation of everything I build. Committed fully in 2014 — over twelve years deep. Every client project, every personal project, every disc golf app.
Filament
Since 2024My primary framework for building admin panels, dashboards, and internal tools. I use it every day and co-host the Filament Meetup. Built on top of Livewire — the combination is incredibly productive.
Livewire
Since v3Server-driven reactive interfaces without the JavaScript framework overhead. Pairs with Filament and Alpine.js for a full-stack PHP experience.
Alpine.js
Since AlwaysLightweight JavaScript for client-side interactions. Comes with Livewire and handles everything I need without reaching for a heavier framework.
Tailwind CSS
Since v3Utility-first CSS. Fast to write, easy to maintain, and this site is built with it.
Flux UI
Since NowComponent library for Livewire applications. Clean, well-designed components that speed up frontend development.
From skeptic to daily driver. Now integrated everywhere.
Claude Code
Since 2024My primary AI tool. I use it extensively — writing production code, developing marketing plans, processing documents, managing virtual teams, and building this website. It's integrated into nearly every aspect of my professional work.
Claude
Since 2024For one-off tasks, document analysis, brainstorming, and anything that needs AI processing outside of a codebase. Spreadsheets, PDFs, flow charts — whatever needs parsing.
Same builder energy, different materials.
Disc Golf
10+ years. Tournaments, training, practice. The thing I do when I'm not building software — and sometimes the reason I'm building software.
Woodworking
Building furniture and things for the house. Nothing fancy — just exactly what I need, built exactly how I need it. Same approach as software, different material.
